Customer Support Executive - Norwegian

Our Client is a Cloud service company which supports the norwegian school system. 
In Norway, teacher are connected to a cloud which gives them access to all information needed and helps them to keep track of all activities. 

To make sure, all issues can be resolved in real time, our Client is looking for Customer Support Executives. 

Main responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Helping customers with their Tier 1 level questions and queries via e-mail, phone, and chat
  • Provide guidance and support in administrative tasks
  • Diagnose software issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams

You are the right person if:

  • You Speak Norwegian on a native level
  • You have been living in Norway (market knowledge is mandatory)
  • You have a good technical understanding
  • You are motivated to work in an office environment 
  • Great customer focus
