Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Project Manager will manage elements of marketing campaigns, international events, sponsorships and various other marketing projects related to the Cross Border Marketing Teams responsibilities.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a number of marketing campaigns; working closely with all the stakeholders involved and ensuring timely execution
  • Involved in the roll out of advertising campaigns over the course of the year
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to provide content for campaigns and other marketing initiatives
  • Coordination of international events; working closely with the event management team based abroad.
  • Management and coordination of industry sponsorships and initiatives gathering of content, coordination of speakers and delegates and main liaison with the organising entity
  • Other ad hoc marketing projects aligned with the overall goals of the marketing team


COMPETENCIES

  • Strong track record in successfully & independently leading projects within a marketing team, or similar
  • Excellent coordinator and very organized as multiple projects and tasks will take place simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to build relationships
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to self-direct, work independently and proactively


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Marketing qualification a plus
  • 3-4 years project management experience
  • Asset Management experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
