Job Description

Cpl HR recruitment, are delighted to be supporting an international logistics company in recruiting for a Junior HR Business Partner for a 6 month contract. As part of the peoples team, you will support in driving HR functional excellence and process improvement which directly supports the HR strategy. This exciting role, will be the ideal opportunity for a proactive HR professional who is on the upward development curve of their career.


Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in various companywide projects as part of the HR team strategic objectives
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Maintaining of policies and ensuring updates are to legislation and company policy
  • Working with the Senior HRBP to develop and run workshops to coach and mentor in best practice employee relations
  • Support the HR Director and HR Business Partner with the implementation of HR activities
  • Participate in the roll out of the employee opinion survey, including analysis and action plans to culture a high performance environment


Education and Skills necessary:

  • HR degree with CIPD qualifications ideally
  • Demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’ along with being a proactive professional
  • Expose to Compensation and Benefits
  • Showcase coaching and mentoring ability
  • Experience in a unionised environment, with strong Irish employment law knowledge
  • Be an experienced systems user-ideally CoreHR
