Job Description

A Client of mine, based in Sandyford are offering temporary opportunities for an insurance administrator.

This would suit someone who is partially qualified and looking to boost their profile.

A 2nd language is desirable and you must be proficient in relevant IT packages (MS office/ SAP etc)

Main Responsibilities

  • Ability to evaluate direct client insurance requirements and provide suitable cover solutions
  • Good negotiation and sales skills
  • Energy and drive with an ability to manage high workload in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include a confident telephone manner
  • Dealing with inbound queries from the sales channels via email and phone
  • Report preparation and preparation of suitability statements
  • Technical and fund analysis, and research
  • Keeping up to date with regulations and complying with procedures
  • Dealing and managing client’s queries and arrangements

Requirements

  • Must have at least one years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of pension, insurance and investment products
  • IT proficient
  • A team player with a good customer service approach
  • Excellent numerical skill
  • 2nd language preferred but not essential
