HR Programme Manager Diversity and Inclusion 12 month contract
Permanent
Dublin
65,000 to 70,000 with considerable benefits

Leading the further development of the Diversity and Inclusion processes, policies and plans

Designing and implementing solutions to equality, diversity and inclusion challenges within the framework of relevant legislation and ensuring the provision of a high standard of advice, support and delivery

Leading and supporting the delivery of strategic Diversity and Inclusion Action Plans

Developing a performance dashboard along with reporting on progress on the Plan

Co-ordinating meetings and documentation for meetings of the group

Being proactive and keeping up to date on external developments in equality, diversity and inclusion

Devising , planning and scheduling training and other events to communicate diversity and inclusion within the business as appropriate

Collating D&I reports to both internal and external stakeholders as appropriate

Working closely with HR Business Partners and the business to ensure D&I plans are communicated, deployed and tracked for progress

To be considered for the role of HR Programme Manager Diversity & Inclusion, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Your qualifications & key criteria:

Bachelors/Masters degree in HRM / training / Business related area

3/5 years HR experience or experience with people-related processes including compliance

Experience of leading and delivery of HR Change Programmes

Ability to analyse data and use this to inform strategy and action planning

Strong knowledge of best practice in People Development, with examples of implementing innovative solutions to meet business needs

Ideally experienced in working within Diversity and Inclusion

Delivery focussed, breaks down barriers to change. Makes things happen

Evidence of capacity to learn quickly

Excellent ability to develop relationships with peers, internal customers, external service providers and outsourced teams

Evidence of building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organisation including the ability to establish credibility at management levels

Project management skills

Proven ability to collate and analyse data, and use data to drive decision making

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to pass a 5 year security background check

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Eligible to live and work in the EU

Current unrestricted worldwide passport
