HR & Payroll Advisor

CPL HR are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Advisor part time (30 hours) on a permanent contract with a not for profit organisation based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong HR systems and salary administration experience. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update and monitor the HR system 
  • Ensure all salary administration are carried out accurately and on time
  • Managing changes to all employees T&C's for example annual salary increase, adjustments to schemes etc 
  • Support the development and delivery of training on the HR system 
  • Responsible for auditing HR systems within the region and preparing for internal & external audits
  • Provide reports & statistics as required 

Key Requirements

  • HR degree or related discipline
  • 3+ years experience in HR & Payroll role
  • Experience working with HR database and salary administration 
  • Ability to manage in a dynamic and busy environment 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Management role
