***HR Officer Part-Time***

Are you an experienced HR professional with strong, broad based experience from the corporate sector who is now actively seeking a new challenge? Or for personal reasons would you prefer to work on a 3 days per week basis?

Our client, a Co. Clare based engineering services organisation with a nationwide client base are now, due to both increased business levels & growing staff numbers, recruiting for an experienced HR Officer join the team on a part-time basis so if you're interested, please apply!

The Job:

As the HR Officer reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will act as a key part of the operations management team covering duties across HR including employee engagement & relations, recruitment, comps & bens administration including annual appraisals, HR data reporting & resolving employee HR queries across the business.

You will also be tasked with change & project implementation, implementing new policies/procedures & acting as HR partner to the management team.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

  • 3rd level degree in a HR or related discipline.
  • 3+ years broad based HR experience within a large corporate or multinational environment ideally.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Strong IT, analytical & reporting skills.
  • Any additional HR or related qualifications would be an advantage. 


The Offer:

This position is being offered on permanent basis with an initial expectation of 2-3 days per week. Starting salary will depend on qualifications & experience but is expected to be 35-45k pro-rata.
