HR Generalist

CPL HR are seeking an experienced HR Generalist on a 12 month maternity leave contract on behalf of a Professional Services organisation located in Dublin City Centre. The candidate will provide effective HR support to all levels of the business and thrive in a fast paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end to end HR support to all employees and managers 
  • Provide up to date employment legislation & best practice advice to management 
  • Support coordination of payroll each month to a high level of accuracy
  • Organise & coordinate inhouse training and development sessions 
  • Provide all administration support for recruitment
  • Assist in administration of the company benefits programmes
  • Assist in the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures

Experience Required:

  • 3rd Level Qualification in HR or related discipline
  • 4+ years in a HR Generalist role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
