The HR Governance & Projects Manager contributes to the overall success of the Human Resources Function in Europe (including both UK & Ireland) ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives. The role holder ensures all activities conducted comply with internal policies, processes and procedures, applicable laws and regulations.
This role impacts and influences a broad range of HR activities in a dynamic and progressive international Bank. The role holder is required to undertake a variety of HR governance, operations and generalist responsibilities.
The role is based in Ireland while supporting the UK and Ireland HR Operations covering a total employee base of approximately 400 employees.
