Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategy for a specific location (Dublin)
• Coaching element/ mentor business leaders across the organization
• Consult with stakeholder HR staffing/Employee relationships
• Brand ambassador from Dublin Office
• Promotes Dublin office locally among other businesses
• Cultural activity to assimilate Dublin staff to overall company culture
• Operational capability: Onboarding/HR contracts/Disciplinaries 
• Plan /driving recruitment process

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 10 Years of HR experience including BP experience.
• Self-starter with strong local knowledge
• Strong English / Fluency in Chinese a plus
• Industries: Unicorn start-ups/ Large tech firms / Preferably someone already in Ireland
