Cpl HR recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a HRBP to work with an organisation based in Drogheda who have a dedicated vison to growing their business whilst still ensuring their products always exceed their customers needs. As part of the Peoples Team, this role will have responsibility for strategic planning and providing best practice HR support.


Role responsibilities to include:

  • Ensure the HR strategy is always in line with the company future plans
  • Lead and support improvements and change to drive the peoples agenda
  • Be an ambassador for ‘The Great Place to Work’ programme, while promoting an excellent work culture
  • Successfully implement and lead any HR projects
  • Provide stakeholders and managers with professional and best in practice HR advice
  • Identify potential gaps and areas of focus within the organisations along with proving long term solutions
  • Policy and procedural improvements
  • Strategically liaise with the TA and L and D team on new campaigns
  • Manage Employee Relations to a satisfactory conclusion


Qualifications and skills necessary:

  • Degree in HR or other related subject
  • CIPD qualified
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Senior HR generalist role or HRBP position
  • Excellent relation building and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast paced hanging environment
