HR Business Partner 12 month FTC with a view to permanency
55,000 to 60,000 with benefits.
Degree in Human Resources Management/Business related discipline or equivalent.
Full, clean driving license with 2 years experience is essential.
Minimum 5 years HR Business Partnering experience gained within a multisite and fast paced environment with a strong foundation in employment law and industrial relations experience.
Experience of working autonomously and the ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to build up relationships with all levels of employees within the business.
Business driven and people focused with excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, change management and team working skills.
Skills and Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Human Resources best practices including Performance Management, Compensation and Rewards, Recruitment, Learning and Organisational Development, Employee Relations / Engagement and Talent Management
Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent working knowledge of HRIS.
High attention to detail.
Skilled / trained in: Performance Management, Project Management, Investigator Training and Mediation.
