HR Advisor - 6 Month Contract - Dublin City Centre

Cpl are seeking a HR Advisor with fluent Spanish & Italian to join a leading Multinational organisation for a 6 month contract.

The HR Advisor will act as the first point of contact for all clients by providing them with friendly and accurate information in relation to policies, systems and HR services.


  • Answer queries on a HR system
  • Responsible for managing, closing, tracking and reporting progress on HR issues
  • Set and manage customer expectations
  • Guide managers on appropriate management and how to resolve basic HR issues

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in this field
  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian
  • Experience in a shared service environment 
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with multiple HR colleagues, partners and clients internationally
