Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks either German or French, who will be based in Dublin (North) and will be responsible for hiring in areas such as Customer Service, Finance, IT as well as HR positions as they become available. Your role will be to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position approval through to successful integration. The in-house Recruiter implements strategies to source qualified; diverse and direct candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. In addition, the Recruiter manages the recruitment process and ensures compliance with government regulations regarding employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Hiring Manager and provides an excellent candidate experience
  • Partner with the local hiring managers and HR Business partners
  • Pipeline potential future talent
  • Source through social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook etc
  • Project based work including continuous improvement and ad hoc projects as required
  • Manage in-country referral policy for future recruitments
  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process
  • Support other Markets as required
  • Actively participate in HR related Projects
  • Be a support for other Markets as required

Your Profile:

  • Innovative and a recruitment expert
  • Passionate about working in a team environment
  • Fluent German/French and English
  • Passionate about recruitment
  • At least 2 - 4 years recruitment experience, gained in an agency or in-house environment
  • Great interpersonal skills and capable of speaking to people at all levels of the business
  • A desire to constantly improve and learn more about recruitment
