Customer Support Executive - German
For our Client, a famous online gaming plattform we are currently looking for German speakers (C2 level) based in Ireland with a valid working visa (Stamp 4) if from outside of the EU.
The key objective of the Customer Support Executive (CSE) is to offer a great customer Support to users of the plattform. Most of the tickets are in the area of payment issues, but can also include other user related issues
- Resolve tickets mainly via tickets, chat, and emails
- Give users a great customer experience by resolving issues on a professional manner
- Be complient with the GDPR guidlines by protecting sensitive information
Competencies and requirements
- Near native level in German (C2) and fluency in English (C1 or higher)
- Leaving Certificate
- Previous experience in a Customer focussed position (Retail, call center, Customer Service and similar)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Understanding of, and continuous contribution to, team success
- Flexibility & adaptability to a wide range of topics and tasks
- Reference check is part of the process
