Customer Support Executive - German

Job Description:

For our Client, a famous online gaming plattform we are currently looking for German speakers (C2 level) based in Ireland with a valid working visa (Stamp 4) if from outside of the EU. 

The key objective of the Customer Support Executive (CSE) is to offer a great customer Support to users of the plattform. Most of the tickets are in the area of payment issues, but can also include other user related issues

Responsibilities

  • Resolve tickets mainly via tickets, chat, and emails
  • Give users a great customer experience by resolving issues on a professional manner
  • Be complient with the GDPR guidlines by protecting sensitive information 

Competencies and requirements

  • Near native level in German (C2) and fluency in English (C1 or higher) 
  • Leaving Certificate
  • Previous experience in a Customer focussed position (Retail, call center, Customer Service and similar)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Understanding of, and continuous contribution to, team success
  • Flexibility & adaptability to a wide range of topics and tasks
  • Reference check is part of the process
