A multinational organisation is seeking a highly capable General Manager for an exciting opportunity to run an expanding and multi-faceted business, oversee profit objectives and deliver services and business expansion activities. 

If you are a confident influencer and negotiator with the ability to present to multiple stakeholders, experience implementing change and have previously grown a business (ideally a franchise) within a sales, operational or logistic business then this may interest you…  

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement organisational strategies, policies and procedures across operational, franchising, administration, sales and marketing
  • Lead and grow a diverse team
  • Ensure monthly KPIs and targets are consistently achieved
  • Review and analyse budgets, financial reports and forecasts and display accountability for Profit and Loss 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and directing a Sales/Operational/Logistics business.  They will be highly capable of motivating, leading and coaching multi-functional and diverse teams.
