General Ledger Accountant
We have an excellent opportunity for a recently Qualified Accountant ideally coming from Practice looking for a career in industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
Maintaining the ledger integerity
Completion of month end reporting for review
Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Analyse financial information and prepare reports for review
Regulatory filings – VAT, Intrastat, Corporation tax
Assist in completion of statutory year end accounts and all regulatory filings.
Review of employee expense claim forms
Review of bank and creditor reconciliations
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience training/working in an accounting environment in practice
Strong technical abilities
Must be driven and well capable of working on own initiative as well as working well in a team environment
Must be computer literate - advanced excel skills
