Job Description

I am looking to speak with a French and English speaker who would be interested to join the customer and technical support team of our global Waterford based company.

Company: Global Financial Services Leader

Role: French/English IT Customer Support

Duties and responsabilities:

  • Providing first-level support on IT needs, in a friendly, customer oriented manner
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Logging, tracking, prioritising and ownership of all contacts received to the Service Desk
  • Responsible for timely follow-up on outstanding tickets
  • Developing and maintaining solutions within the knowledgebase
  • Working with other IT Teams to help resolve outstanding issues

Skills/Experience required:

  • 3rd level Cert/High School
  • Contact Centre/Customer support experience is an advantage but not a necessity.
  • Customer focused
  • Fluent in both French & English
  • Solution orientated
  • Demonstrates clear and professional communication skills
