Do you want to join the global leader in outsourced inside sales and actively manage a high performing sales team?

Sales Managers are the front-line managers who own their sales team reporting directly to a Senior Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the execution of the High-Performance Sales (HPS) discipline, actively manage & develop reps, and hit the number with accurate forecasting.

Sales/ Pipeline Management – Overall Responsibilities

• High proficiency in pipeline management based on experience and results
• Set weekly pacing targets by rep, by batch, by KPI the first week of the quarter
• Define expectations and coach reps on effective time management; including daily/weekly call activity
• Understand the influence of all dollar segments within the pipeline; identify large swing deals to forecast and any volume coverage required
• Understand close plans and sales cycles,
• Stay current and coach team on all customer sales strategies, new service & product offerings
• Pro-actively creates action plans based on targeted variances in KPIs; connects multiple KPIs to a result
• Proficient in using historical performance to adapt pacing & support targets

Forecasting Responsibilities:

• Run individual and team session with standard forecasting tools & templates
• Review monthly rep forecast accuracy, understand range of accuracy, and coach to improve accuracy
• Reconcile top-down and bottoms-up forecast (regional/deal specific where appropriate)
• Provide POV in weekly forecast reviews & action plans
• Own forecast roll-ups to the client (regional/deal specifically where designed)
• Lead or assist in the client facing forecast calls
• Proactively calls out risk & upside to manager; builds clear action plans to address

Territory Reviews - Overall Responsibilities

• Identify rep skill gaps and weekly sales campaign priorities for coaching
• Maintain coaching logs and document progress; prioritize time-based on rep development
• Assess & certify reps in an agreed certification process
• Leverage standard HPS sales stages in coaching:
- Plan/ prepare
- Engage
- Discover
- Present solution
• Assess and certify reps to all HPS levels
• Develop additional sales coaching capability with the team to support the ramp of new reps
