Job Title : Financial Planning Administrator Reporting to : Financial Planning Team Leader

Location : Dublin office – Sandyford

Salary €40k

Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension

We advise clients on how to get the most from their finances, cutting through the maze of financial solutions available in the market, so as they can rest assured in the knowledge that things are taken care of, enabling them to realise their financial ambitions.


Providing administration support to the Financial Planning department which will include but not limited to:

 Assisting the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to our clients.

 Handling a wide variety of queries from clients

 Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turn around times.

 Providing customer service and sales support from proposal through to the cessation of the policy. This will include a strong focus on the retention of existing business and emphasis on quality service.

 Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the Department.

 Assisting with key tasks to ensure smooth running of admin area.

 Liaison with life companies, Broker Consultants and Broker Services.

 Tasks or projects given on an ad hoc basis by Financial Planning Administration Manager.

Experience & Skills

 QFA qualified or willingness to progress in QFA examinations

 Relevant experience especially, pension administration experience would be preferred.

 Good accuracy and attention to detail

 Strong administration and compliance background

 Motivated, self starter will work on own initiative and appreciative of the regulatory nature of the business.

 Proficient in Word and Excel and Experience in Money Advice an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.

 Flexibility in working hours to meet tight deadlines.
