Job Description

My client are currently in the process of hiring a Financial Controller to join their team, super opportunity to be a value add and make this role your own.

Responsibilities include:

Management of the finance department
Working collaboratively with the CEO and leadership team with future funding
Developing and contributing a financial perspective to business planning and strategy
Preparation and analysis of Group monthly management accounts
Budgeting and cash flow management
Development of annual budgets and forecasts
Lead year-end audit process
Manage relationship with relevant external stakeholders
Act as finance business partner to other teams within the company
Oversee AP & AR functions
Preparation of tax and other statutory returns in Ireland, US, Australia and Netherlands
Processing of payroll
Create and implement finance process improvements
Ongoing projects and other ad hoc tasks

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified accountant with at least 10 years PQE working in a fast paced SME
Experience in the tech/software or retail industry a plus
Must have intercompany and consolidation experience
US GAAP experience is an advantage
Must have strong systems and process experience
Excellent computer and IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Excellent organisation and ability to work to deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
