Job Description



RESPONSIBILITIES


Ensure compliance with all relevant Safety, Quality and Regulatory policies 
Develop the enterprise excellence roadmap for the site 
Manage, develop, coach and educate the Enterprise Excellence resources 
Lead the development of Enterprise Excellence skills through facilitated training of Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt training.
Provide mentoring and coaching to site personnel on Enterprise Excellence tools  and expectations.
Be the champion for Mindful Leader on site. 
Lead the maturity assessments of Enterprise Excellence on site 
Lead the execution of the Management Operating System (MOS) on site, 
Provide management oversight for the Project Management Office (PMO)
Manage the visual communication strategy on site 
Manage and support all learning & development initiatives on site 


EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES


Degree qualification in Business / Science / Engineering or Quality together with Manufacturing / Business experience.
A Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in an operation, supply chain, or related area, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment; three of which with people management responsibility.
Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain & Operations functions to include Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Quality
Knowledge of strategic planning processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive enterprise excellence improvement initiatives leading to significant and measurable improvements in performance.
