Employment Admin Support Grade 3 - Galway City
Temporary Admin Support position opened up with our well-established public service client. The main duties of the successful candidate will be Employer engagement, Administration, event management and marketing and Data base update and management.
Coordinate the marketing of all Career Development events optimising the use of social media, posters and the data base
Book hospitality arrangements for events, including parking.
Book employer events onto Connect system and Careers Information Calendar Book rooms with Buildings office and organise AV requirements for employer events
Maintain the Career Development Jobs Wall with up to date jobs covering a variety of industry sectors
Coordinate bookings and invoices for career fairs and ensure timelines for promotional emails and reminder emails are adhered to. Support Careers Advisers in sourcing speakers for events
Maintain records of events including attendance numbers and evaluation reports
Responsible for collating feedback of Career Development events.
Undertake such other duties appropriate to the grade of the post as required by line manager.
Responsible for the development and production of reports and appropriate statistics from the systems,
Organise and attend meetings, record and report minutes
Marketing and event management experience Excellent IT and social media skills.
Initiative, self-managing and relish a challenge.
Team-player with excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills. Innovative, creative and flexible.
High level of IT skills with experience of social media
High level of proficiency in Microsoft office word, excel, power point etc.
Third level degree in a relevant area e.g. business, marketing
Experience in employer engagement /customer service administration roles
