What is Account Executive?

  • Account Executives are on the front lines of helping organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy.
  • Account Executives advocate job search technology to leading companies and promote the power of our products.

What is AE Performing?

  • To drive growth by selling pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to small-to-medium sized employers (SMB) based on the target countries’ market.
  • To conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face.
  • To prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota.

 What You are Really Good At

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment
  • A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills in Dutch or German and in English both writing and speaking
  • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell
