Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Dutch Speaker to join our international CPL team to work on-site in the HP (Hewlett-Packard) office in Amstelveen.

Do you want to be our new Front Office on-site coordinator and be responsible of supporting our business clients? You are looking to join a multinational company but want to avoid the boring call center environment? 

This is the opportunity you've been looking for! A perfect mix between Customer Support and Administration.

The salary offered is of €2044 gross per month and an initial 7 months contract with possibility of extension.

What are you going to do:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails with regards to customer’s enquiries and issues (only B2B)
  • Contribute to projects, process improvements, and other duties as required 
  • Collecting data and ensure that customer specific requests are carefully considered
  • Analyze cases and report on management request

  • Dutch proficiency (written & oral) as well as good English
  • Be motivated to learn new procedures and improve your skills

  • BSN/SOFI Number is required to be considered for this job
