You will
• Work closely with Account Managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Assist with onboarding of new Customers
• Review customer account health and provide proactive search optimizations
• Build, retain and expand partner relationships using telephone, email and marketing materials
• Quickly and professionally resolve customer issues
• Track all requests using a ticketing system
• Review and provide feedback on new processes, product, and tool releases that will improve operational efficiencies
• Communicate high priority escalations with business and development teams for timely resolution and accurate response.
• Help foster innovation in tools and processes to make the team more effective and efficient


The successful candidate will be/have

  • Third Lever degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing 
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Self-motivated, proactive, intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, V-lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities, with very strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills required
  • Ability to partner with other teams within an organization
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving and active listening skills
  • A positive and creative ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic 
  • Experience in search engine marketing - SEM preferred
