As an Ad Quality Escalation Specialist, you will be a member of a dynamic team that manages content validation and compliance for the Network.


Complete review of written and visual content (search advertisings) based on network policies and guidelines, meeting the quality bar and exceeding KPI’s, including but not limited to:

  • Content risk & quality review for Search Advertising  
  • Escalation/ticket handling: liaise with various teams and partners to resolve editorial/policy issues
  • Visually navigate and review accounts and image or text-based content
  • Effectively follow processes and guidelines and work collaboratively to solve problems
  • Process documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer & partner experience
  • Help foster innovation in tools and processes to make the team more effective and efficient


  • Decision quality and accuracy
  • Performance to SLA


  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Third Level Education degree
  • Strong attention to detail - ability to review data with accuracy and complete audit processes
  • Ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities, with very strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills required
  • Ability to make independent, high-quality decisions and stand by them
  • Excellent communication skills; including oral, written and presentation
  • Ability to contribute ideas and improvements in team meetings
  • Team player - ability to partner with other teams within an organization as well as adaptability to work in a multi-cultural team, with people from many different countries in the world
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent customer service
