Job Description

Do you want to work in a multicultural IT company? Are you looking to start your career in IT or technical support? If so, this job is for you! You must be flexible with the working hours. It is a temporary contract with very high chances of extension or permanency.


Responsibilities: 
You will be providing first level support to clients of DXC Technology (not just specifically on DXC products)
  • Answer calls quickly but accurately
  • Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
  • Update customers regading the status of their call
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Achieve individual and team goals
  • Mentor new hires
 
Requirements
  • Native level of English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems
  • Interest in IT or computers
  • Resilience
  • Team player
  • IT or customer support background is ideal but not required
  • Valid work permit (EU citizenship or GNIB stamp 4 card)

  • Part-time Salary: €20,240 per annum (plus performance related bonus). Unsocial hours are compensated
