Role: Customer Service Executive

Location: South Dublin - Red Line Luas

  • Helping customers 
  • Being part of the team that delivers on targets and KPIs.
  • Prioritising your workload to ensure correct use of time management.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • 1 years + experience in a call centre environment/retail experience
  • Confident and engaging telephone skills 
  • Experience handling high call volumes 
  • Excellent Listening and appropriate probing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
