Our client, a leading tech services multinational, are now expanding their Customer Services team in their Limerick city centre HQ & are looking to hire a dynamic, customer focused administrator to join the team.

The Job:
As a key part of the European Customer Services Group, the successful candidate will act as the key customer point of contact & will cover duties such as supporting the on-boarding of new clients, resolving delivery & service issues, cost reporting & supporting departmental managers in their needs.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

  • 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-2+ years experience in a customer focused role within a large corporate or multinational environment.
  • Experience from the IT or technology services sector would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communications & ability to build customer/client relationships.
  • Strong ability in all MS Office tools. 

The Offer:
This job is being offered as a permanent positing salary of 23.5k starting, rising to 25k after 6 months probation period is completed. There is also an excellent benefits package of pension, health cover, life assurance & clear future progression opportunities.
