As a key member of the customer support team, your responsibilities will be focused on engaging directly with customers via phone, e-mail and live web chat as well as any other company approved technology and deliver best practice high quality customer service.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in a contact centre role.
- Experience gained in the betting or gaming sector would be a significant advantage.
- The ability to establish a rapport with our Customers using excellent verbal skills with a polite and courteous telephone manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skill.
- Strong IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
This job is being offered on permanent contarct, starting salary of 26k, rising to 30k with full benefits package & generous bonus structure.
