· 1 years + experience in a call centre environment/retail experience
· Confident and engaging telephone skills
· Experience handling high call volumes
· Excellent Listening and appropriate probing
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
