Customer Service Agents required for Dublin West

 

Our client who are based in Dublin 24 are looking for experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team.  Successful Candidate will have excellent customer service experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To answer incoming calls and deal with queries and complaints within strict SLA’s
  • To provide the caller with all relevant information and services as required.
  • To make follow up telephone calls on all cases to establish customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure that all client information is simultaneously entered onto the database.
  • To perform administrative tasks as appropriate to your calls including letter writing and email correspondence within strict SLA’s
  • To work under own initiative.
  • To carry out additional duties and ad hoc projects as requested by the Supervisor/Manager.

 

Skills Required: 

  • Experience of working in a quality customer service environment
  • Experience of working with and resolving complex customer queries
  • PC Literate and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely via Telephone and Email Outgoing
  • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
