Customer Service Advisor

Role requirements

  • Providing world class customer care and providing clear solutions to inbound customer queries
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and continuously exceed customer expectations
  • Offer trouble shooting support to customers and step by step remote support services 
  • Taking appropriate responsibility to process confidential information in a secure manner
  • Positively contributing to team meetings and culture

The ideal candidate

  • Previous customer service or technical support in a call center environment
  • Motivated to pursue a career and develop long term in the company
  • Customer empathy and an innate drive to help people
  • Takes pride in their ability to communicate and resolve customer issues
  • Bright and keen to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and technical applications
