Customer Service Advisor - South Dublin

Role requirements

  • Answer inbound customer queries whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • First point of contact for incoming queries. Work to achieve first call resolution and engage with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Actively listen to customer queries and identity best solutions
  • Offer trouble shouting and technical support in real time across a number of different products and platforms 
  • Follow call scripting and ensure call quality standards are maintained
  • Work and achieve individual and team targets and AHT times
  • Follow up actions and emailing updates to keep customers in the picture
  • Take responsibility and ownership for customers queries. Follow up actions as necessary to resolve issues
  • Become a valued team member and actively engage in team meetings.
  • Offer recommendations on process improvements with a focus on continuous improvements

About you

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment handling incoming calls is a distinct advantage
  • Confident with PC skills. Ability to guide and navigate others around systems
  • Provide a positive experience and understands the importance of a customer centric approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Able to work under tight timeframes and pressured situations
