CORPORATE CLIENT SERVICING – BOOK KEEPING & AND RECONCILIATION

CPL have partnered with international Life Insurer for their latest hire. You will be a experienced book keeping with 2 years experience in collections or accounts receivable. This is 6-month FTC with a view to extension thereafter with an excellent remuneration package.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working as part of a team, responsible for issuing invoices, collection of cash, cash allocation and account reconciliation
  • Forming an integral part of a wider Credit Control Team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders within the department and in other departments within the company such as Finance / Actuarial / Investment Control
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation with the skillset to chase down debt by utilising both phone & email communication
  • Ability to identify issues and escalate same to Team Leader
  • Ability to work independently whilst still fitting in with the overall team plan and structure
  • Monitor the relationships and identify any issues affecting customer satisfaction and report same to management
  • Ad-Hoc Administration duties and project work as required
  • Support the valuation and AVS process as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, with an in depth knowledge of Cash Reconciliations
  • Relevant third level qualification desirable
  • Excellent communication, analysis, report writing and interpersonal skills
  • Be highly organised; used to working efficiently in a regulated environment applying a strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage, monitor and measure assigned work to deliver a high level of service
  • Have experience working in diverse, multicultural teams
  • Capable of recognising the impact of external (regulatory, market, legal etc.) changes to the business
  • Proficient and confident in Excel
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail
