Cpl is recruiting for a Credit Controller to a Global manufacturing company with offices based in Newry, County Down.

Your new role:
Reporting Credit Control Manager the successful candidate will join a friendly, busy team in a vital role managing new and existing customer accounts.
Deciding on credit and payment terms for new and existing debtors
Responsibility for cash collections within terms
Compile weekly receipts forecasts
Compile and act upon debtors aged listing reports
Apply and review credit insurance cover as required
Report on bad debts and debtor days
Be able to understand and deliver information from our accounting system.
Responding to queries by our Sales team and customers via phone and e mail
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all our customers
Chase outstanding customer debts
Create new customer accounts
Accounts reconciliations, generate invoices
Liaise with other offices Globally and other internal teams locally to ensure efficient order flows
What youll need to succeed:
2 years + credit control experience working within a busy finance department
Previous experience of dealing with a large customer base
Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as individually
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail along with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong IT skills with previous experience of Excel, Word and Outlook
