Facilities Contracts Manager sought to manage operational activities for 3 – 4 Corporate Commercial buildings in Dublin 

Permanent Staff role.

Job Title; Contracts Manager

Location: multi-site corporate buildings Dublin 

Salary; 50 to 60k doe

Role Summary:

  • Management and control of budget, suppliers costs
  • Supervision and management of staff under your direct control
  • Provide a positive environment emphasizing flexibility & understanding
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
  • Proactively understand the client’s needs and act on them before being requested
  • Develop strong understanding of client’s employees at all levels to enhance end user experience
  • Support projects & initiatives that add value to the client’s business
  • Be the local facilities ambassador
  • Management of contractors / vendors to ensure standards are maintained at required level
  • Operate at all times within contractual SLA’s & KPI’s
  • Conduct site inspections/assessments to ensure all building procedures & performance measures are maintained at all times
  • Provide and review all monthly reporting, activities and trackers as required
  • Ensure all procedures & operational manuals are kept up to date at all times
  • Local management of Building Operations Team
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working
  • Support and Management of all Mechanical and Electrical disciplines which are relevant to client site requirements

Experience Required:

  • FM experience in both hard and soft services, within either a large multinational organisation or corporate or financial building
  • Qualification in business management, facilities management, or a related field
  • Maintenance environment experience
  • Proven customer service & people management skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple customer requests effectively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of building technicals, ability to work with suppliers
  • Self-motivated, confident, adaptable & ability to work as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with building upkeep, structural issues, and grounds maintenance
  • Budgeting experience
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to guide and motivate employees
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Good numerical ability and experience in managing a budget
