Servisource, on behalf of our client is seeking a Construction Customer service/Technical Advisor to join their expanding team.
Role and responsibilities of a Technical Advisor:
- You will provide product advice to customers, as well as to both internal and external employees on their range of product solutions.
- You will work as an integral part of a team within the Technical Services Department.
- You will liaise with customers including Engineers and Architects in response to their technical queries.
- You will be commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities to up sell.
To be considered, you must have the following:
- Third level Construction/Engineering related qualifcation
- Or an understanding of building materials/solutions
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, computer literacy and a technical aptitude with attention to detail.
- While a relevant 3rd level qualification would be a distinct advantage, this position may also suit a prospective candidate who can demonstrate relevant office based customer service experience.
