Cpl HR recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for an engineering organisation based in South Dublin. This role will report directly into the Group HR Manager and will sit at an executive management level. The successful candidate will ensure that all compensation and benefits decisions are aligned with the current and future HR organisational strategy.


Duties will included but not limited to:

  • Ensuring that the organisations offering are competitive in the market in order to attract and retain the best people in the business
  • Support and advise all management and staff on all areas of compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the job grading
  • Lead in large benchmarking projects
  • Educate and train HR staff on best practices within the industry
  • Advise and recommend on new and improved policies and procedures
  • Review and research the market averages on salaries and benefits as new roles arise, advising accordingly
  • Prepare job descriptions as necessary


Qualification and experience necessary:

  • Degree in HR or other relevant subject
  • 5+ years in a local compensation and benefits role a necessity
  • Proven record in benchmarking and establishing a job grading system
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Strong Excel experience needed with experience in pivot tables
  • High influencing skills
