Our client, a leading Insurance Broker is expanding their team and recruiting an Commercial Account Executives to manage a portfolio of clients

Key responsibilities of this role: 

  • Manage a book of existing clients and oversee their insurance requirements 
  • Invite, secure and document renewals whilst also managing mid-year alterations and claims handling issues
  • Support the Commercial Lines Account Director as required
  • Ensure renewals are invited in line with agreed protocols and procedures
  • Achive an individual Income Budget and upsell/cross sell products as required
  • Manage aged debt and premium collection
  • Comply with all management audit requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

  • CIP qualified
  • 2 years experience in a Commercial Account Handling role 
  • Ability to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of the market including excellent technical and product awareness
  • Ability to work in a team environment whilst demonstrating excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage various workloads and prioritise to meet deadlines
