Claims Operations Team Leader – German or Polish

Job Description

***Please note the ideal candidate must have experience within claims, ability to lead a team and is fluent in either German or Polish (preferably both languages)*** 

The responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of 4 people
  • To assess and process claims within the PPI portfolio according to relevant policy terms and conditions. be able to train your team on all the operational processes

  • To actively participate to partnership(s) management for your country of operation

  • To actively manage the TPAs for your country of operation

  • To monitor and control SLAs, quality indicators, and give regular feedback including corrective actions expected in case of decreased quality

  • To organise regular training sessions with TPAs
  • To identify with your team individually their strengths and their areas for improvement

  • To own the customer contact and continually improve all aspects of the customer contact
  • To communicate on the teams work, successes, process improvement and innovations

  • Quality Management: To manage and own the internal and external quality results and continue to improve those results on an ongoing basis

The requirements:

  • Insurance experience is a necessity – preferably of a claims nature
  • Fluency in Polish or German is essential
  • Some level of Team Leader experience
  • Experience in allocating tasks to people
  • Experience in giving feedback to people
  • Experience doing performance reviews with team members
  • Must be comfortable representing the company at a higher level
  • Must be able to build relationships with partner
