Job Description

The role and requirements:

  • Insurance experience is a necessity – preferably of a claims nature
  • Team Leader experience but it doesn’t have to be too much – if they haven’t been a Team Lead we would be open to looking at someone with acting TL experience even
  • Experience in allocating tasks to people
  • Experience in giving feedback to people
  • Experience doing performance reviews with team members
  • Must be comfortable representing the company at a higher level – e.g meetings in France
  • Must be able to build relationships with partners
  • Fluency in French is essential
