Job Description

The role:

  • Carrying out site audits and writing reports on these audits
  • Audits of FNOL providers and repair networks
  • Management of the loss process and ensuring it is complied with in a cost effective manner
  • Tracking actions arising from audits
  • Dealing with claim queries from third parties administrators, third parties and clients
  • Authorising requested payments
  • Managing monthly claims data; requesting payments, provision of claims data to actuarial department

The requirements:

  • Four years or more insurance experience (essential)
  • Two years or more in a motor claims environment (essential)
  • Strong analytical skills (essential)
  • Strong excel skills (essential)
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills (essential)
  • Ability to deliver financial and qualitative presentations (essential)
  • Experience and familiarity with PowerPoint (essential)
  • Experience in auditing service providers (preferable)
  • Experience in managing third party administrators (preferable)
  • Fluency in a European language is preferential but not essential
  • Third level business, financial, or technical qualification is essential
  • Minimum competency insurance qualification, APA/CIP/DIP LA or equivalent is essential
