Business Process Analyst

My client, a hugely successful manufacturing firm, has an immediate requirement for a Business Process Analyst to join their established team and provide business management services to the host department and broader business.

The core function of the role will be to act as engagement lead between IT and business stakeholders. The role will work closely with the specific functions / departments, to ensure system capabilities are fully exploited and provide added value to the relevant department and overall business.

This is a key role and will act as a central contact point between system providers, business functions / departments and all other IT colleagues. There will also be an element of design, implementation and deployment of new business systems.

 

The key accountabilities for the role also cover :

Needs analysis

Researching / investigating solutions

System usage / development

User support

Training and documentation

System deployment

Demand management

 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate proven success - or a genuine interest - in the delivery of business systems and / or services.
