Technical Customer Support Specialist - Business PM Role is a support role based around customer incidents with Azure with EA.

It is basic system support, that is non-tech related. This is a customer support role to support customers and partners purchasing and consuming Azure cloud services in the enterprise agreement channel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to deal with customers, high skills in collaborating with teams and the ability to multitask is essential. Most ideal candidate will have a background in customer support. 

Day to day work for the selected candidate is: liaising with global customers to support incidents as they arise, make non-tech choices, Programmatic support for Azure in EA.

1. Technical Customer Support experience: front end – 3 years min
2. Escalation management experience
3. Project management +1 years   
4. strong written and verbal communication skills

At least 3 years in a technical customer facing job.


Soft skills to include: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, ability to deal with ambiguity, high levels of empathy.
