Role Overview

  • Assist our client’s community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about client’s products and community standards.
  • Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community.
  • Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on client’s platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
  • Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.


Your Profile

  • Fluency in Burmese (native level) and English.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work.
  • Good knowledge of Myanmar market: current affairs and culture.
  • Experience in a professional work environment (Recent graduates welcome).
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts on the weekend.
  • Work eligibility such as EU passport, stamp 1G (for 2 years), or stamp 4.


The Offer

  • €27,000 p.a.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Great training programme with opportunities for career progression.
  • Remote work provided for the time being.
