4 Month contract
- Creating and updating spreadsheets.
- Compiling reports.
- General administration duties e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.
- Taking Minutes at meetings
- Supporting colleagues and line-managers.
- Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
- 1 year administration experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
