Your role:

  • Identification, Scanning and Archiving of all incoming post within the agreed turnaround times
  • Responsible for ordering product literature and ensuring that the correct literature is dispatched with the policy documentation
  • Dispatching of all policy documentation and correspondence by mail and courier within the deadlines set
  • Management and dispatch of batch jobs for all customers in accordance with the agreed schedules.

Ideally the client is looking for:

  • Office administration experience – preferably in a similar role OR recent graduate of Business/Finance 
  • Ability to produce high quality work
  • Customer focused attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
