Dublin City Centre
- Identification, Scanning and Archiving of all incoming post within the agreed turnaround times
- Responsible for ordering product literature and ensuring that the correct literature is dispatched with the policy documentation
- Dispatching of all policy documentation and correspondence by mail and courier within the deadlines set
- Management and dispatch of batch jobs for all customers in accordance with the agreed schedules.
Ideally the client is looking for:
- Office administration experience – preferably in a similar role OR recent graduate of Business/Finance
- Ability to produce high quality work
- Customer focused attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
