Job Description

On behalf of my client based in the City Centre, I am currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:      

  • Dealing with customer enquiries, you will be the first point of contact for customers. 
  • Processing of applications and other documentation 
  • Supporting the teams with any internal administration requests          
  • Producing monthly reports and KPI’s         

 Key Requirements:

  • Experience in an office environment 
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role 
  • 3rd Level education required. 
  • Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature
  • Corporately presented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritise workload is essential for this role.
