Job Description

Cpl are currently recruiting for Administrative Assistants who are open to working on short and long-term temporary contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior managers with general office administration
  • Maintaining the office space and ordering supplies
  • First point of contact for customers/clients
  • Support with diary management and booking of meeting rooms
  • Answering busy phones and route calls/take messages appropriately
  • Ability to use MS Office applications

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Previous administrative/PA experience is desirable 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
