Cpl are currently recruiting for Administrative Assistants who are open to working on short and long-term temporary contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior managers with general office administration
- Maintaining the office space and ordering supplies
- First point of contact for customers/clients
- Support with diary management and booking of meeting rooms
- Answering busy phones and route calls/take messages appropriately
- Ability to use MS Office applications
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Previous administrative/PA experience is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
